The city government's program for the comprehensive attention to the homeless population, has promoted progress in social inclusion processes through actions and strategies in short and medium terms, which allows rights restoration, links to support networks and projection for personal goals. One of the initiatives is the agreement signed by the citi agency for Social Integration to develop Project 0909, "Integral care component for the social inclusion of citizens and homeless" for the Rafael Uribe borough.
