SCOPE: Research, Management & Training in Public Administration
During the consulting process, training and awareness-raising methods were developed for the Puente Aranda Community in regards to the current structure of the Capital District and its localities. The district structure includes local and public policy, participatory planning and budgeting, and decentralization. This was done in order to provide tools that allow to contribute qualitatively to participatory processes to strengthen the decentralization of the locality.
