The main objective of this consortium was to launch research, training and orientation processes for the displaced population of boroughs 7, 10, 18 through the diagnosis, training processes, seminars and creation of a civil network. The beneficiaries were inhabitants of the localities of Bosa, Engativá and Rafael Uribe.
